International Forum "Hospitality and tourist Industry. The experience of the organizers in World Sports Tournaments" The Republic of Mordovia, Saransk, 17- 19 September 2014

The success of the event will depend on the collaborative efforts of the hospitality and tourist industry in the cities, hosting the 2018 FIFA World Cup™. These efforts will include almost all the sections of the regional programs concerning preparation and holding of the games. The guests" impression of the 2018 FIFA World Cup™ will be created after visiting some of the host cities, and insufficient readiness of the hospitality industry may adversely affect their general opinion. Therefore it requires collaboration between the host cities concerning preparation for the games, including training of volunteers and staff for the hospitality industry.
The International Forum "Tourism and Hospitality. Best practices in World Sports Tournaments" Organization" will be held in September 17-19, 2014, in the capital of the Republic of Mordovia, Saransk, with the support of the Head of the Republic of Mordovia and the Federal Tourism Agency of the Russian Federation.
Initiated by the Ministry of Special Programs of the Republic of Mordovia, the forum is intended to answer the most urgent questions and provide informational, technical, methodological support for the organization of the hospitality and tourist industry in the host cities of major sports events.
Forum organizers: Federal Tourism Agency of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Special Programs of the Republic of Mordovia, Ministry of culture and tourism of the Republic of Mordovia, Autonomous Non-Profit Organisation "Directorate on preparation and staging of the 2018 World Cup in the Host City of Saransk", as well as the international partner - the French company IB2C France SAS.
Representatives from government, public and commercial organisations from Russia, France, Italy, Germany, Poland, Spain, South Africa, Brazil, that have experience in organizing such events were invited as an expert participants.
During these plenary days and round tables the experts will present the technical and methodological tools of training in the hospitality industry, public transport, entertainment, stuff training, etc. We will facilitate together topical heritage issues and some matters concerning the formation of an attractive and recognizable image of the host cities in Russia and abroad as well as their importance and organization in order to work in collaboration with the population.
In addition within the framework of the Forum we will organize a master class of the famous French chefs on VIP catering for industry and professionals as well as a tasting of exclusive dishes cooked for all the Forum participants.
